I have hive-like symptoms after my Vitalize peel, is this normal?
It appears I have hive-like symptoms after my Vitalize peel. My skin is very itchy and there are small bumps at my hair line. It has been 3 days since my peel. Are these symptoms normal? What should I do?

Yes, these are all normal--aggravating but normal. The itchiness is a GOOD sign because the skin becomes tight and then will peel. The bumps are just a reaction and will go away. I would suggest either an oral med like Benedryl or a topical cortisone to help. But do a test spot for the topical as sometimse things can burn after a peel.
