Dr. Smirnov believes that South Florida is the best place in the world to train for and practice Dermatology because of the diversity of the population and the high incidence of skin cancer. Her experience includes serving as a Post- baccalaureate IRTA Fellow, National Institute on Aging, Laboratory of Immunology and the Research Resources Branch, Confocal Imaging Facility.
